Carriage
All our prices are on the basis of carriage paid U.K. mainland, unless otherwise stated. An extra charge is made for Overnight deliveries or deliveries to Offshore Islands.

It is important that any goods delivered damaged on arrival must be signed for as damaged, and the carriers line endorsed with the detail of damage. Our office must be informed in writing immediately of any damaged goods delivered.

Customers not receiving goods within 10 days from our confirmed despatch date must notify our sales office in writing, otherwise no claims will be accepted for loss in transit.

All claims for loss or damage must be made within the time limits stated in the statutory conditions for claims (i.e. 10 days from date of despatch).

Payment Terms
Our payment terms are nett cash 30 days from date of invoice unless otherwise agreed to approved credit customers, otherwise cash with order, pro-forma invoice or Access/Visa/Mastercard/Switch.
